Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking Terms Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received. Full payment is required at the time of booking. 📌 Cancellation Policy There are no refunds for any sessions once booked—this applies to both group and private sessions. However, cancellation options vary depending on the booking type: 1:1 Sessions • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In this case, your deposit can be transferred to another session. • If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, the session and deposit are forfeited. • We understand life happens—if you face exceptional or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me directly. I’m happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis with care and compassion. This policy is not about rigidity but about honoring our shared time and energy. Group Classes (Single Sessions) • Once you book a spot in a class, your payment is non-refundable, including last-minute cancellations and no-shows. • If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your spot to a friend for that same session—please notify me of the attendee’s name in advance. • This policy helps maintain the energy of the space, keeps group numbers stable, and preserves the integrity of the session. Breathwork Courses or Series • When you sign up for a multi-week course or series, you are booking the full program. If you miss one or more sessions, no refund or credit will be issued. This supports the continuity of the group process. 🌀 A Note on Resistance Resistance is a natural part of the breathwork journey. It’s common to feel resistance before or even during a session, often arising from the ego’s desire to keep us safe and avoid change. Yet the greater the resistance, the deeper the transformation waiting beneath it. Your soul brought you here for a reason. When your mind pulls away, the most powerful thing you can do is simply show up. Showing up is already half the journey. This is why the non-refundable policy exists—not to punish, but to gently hold you accountable to your own healing path. The non-refundable deposit reflects this sacred commitment.
