About Nikki
Nikki is a master breathwork facilitator, embodiment coach, teacher, and multi-modality bodywork practitioner.
She is the founder of The Breez, Blue Mind Flow retreats, and Barefit Warriors,
and has supported hundreds of people regulating their nervous system, and reconnecting with their bodies for lasting, embodied transformation.
(from CEO's, doctors, busy parents, couples, travellers in safely releasing stored tension and even her 85yo Mum has benefited greatly and lower her blood pressure).
Breathwork comes in many styles, but through years of study, training, and lived experience, Nikki has developed a unique journey that blends safety, depth, and dynamic inner process to create real, sustainable shifts.
After a difficult period in her life, Nikki was advised to start taking antidepressants and HRT.
Instead, she chose to explore another path.
She attended a breathwork workshop.
That single experience changed the trajectory of her life.
“What if healing could be this simple?”
“All I had to do was breathe?”
Yet this moment did not come out of nowhere.
Long before that challenging time, Nikki had already spent her life devoted to the search for genuine, lasting change through natural approaches.
She had explored multiple healing modalities, including hypnosis, plant medicine, body-based therapies, and nervous system work, always seeking ways to support deep healing and inner transformation without suppressing the body’s wisdom.
Throughout her life, she has immersed herself in transformational work across many disciplines: from personal and group training to embodied practices, freediving, and holistic wellbeing.
And through all these experiences, breathwork has remained the most profound and consistent medicine in her life.
Today, her work is grounded, trauma-aware, heart-led, and deeply human.
Offering people practical tools to heal naturally, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and feel fully alive, present, and at home in their body and breath.
