Payment and Cancellation policy

❗ All payments are non-refundable.

Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and can be made via:

  • PayID

  • Bank transfer

We offer these options to help avoid credit card surcharges and online processing fees.

It would be much appreciated if you could email us your transaction receipt.

Please note: Funds must clear in our bank account before your appointment is confirmed.
If you're booking a session for the following day, we recommend using PayID, which processes payments in real time (24/7, often within seconds). This ensures your booking is confirmed without delay.

 

While we accept PayID and bank transfers, cash is our preferred method of final payment.

However, since your spot is only confirmed once payment is received, cash payments can only be accepted in advance in person — not on the day unless prior arrangements are made.

If you wish to pay entirely in cash, please contact us to arrange a time to deliver the payment before your session date, so we can confirm your spot.

Otherwise, we kindly ask that payment is made via PayID or bank transfer ahead of time.

 

Group Session - Refund Policy

❗ Please note: Tickets for group sessions are non-refundable.

Due to limited space and the preparation involved, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or inability to attend.

Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy — it supports the intention, integrity, and energy of the group experience.

✨ If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend for that session. Just send us their name via message or email prior to the class.

1:1 session - CANCELLATION Policy

 

❗ Please note: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all one-on-one sessions.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your full payment will be applied to a future appointment.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, the session and deposit are forfeited.

We understand life happens — if you're facing exceptional or unavoidable circumstances, please get in touch. We're happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis with care and compassion.
This policy is not about being rigid, but about honouring our shared time and energy.

 

Why We Have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Resistance is a natural part of the breathwork journey.
Almost everyone experiences it — before, during, or even after a session. Often, it comes from the ego, which tries to keep us safe by avoiding change and staying in the familiar.

Through our experience — both as facilitators and clients — we’ve noticed that the stronger the resistance, the deeper the transformation waiting beneath it. When something powerful is ready to surface, resistance often shows up in full force.

But your soul brought you to breathwork for a reason.
When resistance arises, the most powerful thing you can do is show up.
Let it be there. Don’t fix it, don’t fight it — just observe.
Your consciousness will rise, and in time, your soul will lead the way.

Showing up is half the healing.

That’s why this policy exists — not to punish, but to gently hold you accountable to your own healing path.

It’s not just about scheduling — it’s about honouring the commitment you've made to yourself.
