the Woman Behind the Crone
Breathwork Embodiment & Strength for women in Midlife
I didn’t become a Crone overnight.
I didn’t wake up one morning feeling wise, grounded, and spiritually evolved.
I lived many lives.
Crossed countries.
Learned new languages.
Started over more times than I can count.
And I got here through life, loss, grief, exhaustion
and a body that eventually said: “Enough.”

It started with my grandmother
(and the bush)
Long before breathwork trainings and certifications,
I learned by walking in the bush with my grandmother.
She showed me plants.
Roots.
Leaves.
What soothed pain.
What supported women.
She didn’t call it healing. She just knew.
Looking back, she was my first Crone.

Then life happened
In my late forties, after years of pushing myself
physically, emotionally, and professionally
always adapting, always giving
my body stopped whispering.
It started shouting.
Anxiety.
Fatigue.
Rage.
Heart palpitations.
Hot Flushes
And yes, I remember thinking:
“What the actual fuck is happening to me?”

Plot twist
My body wasn’t breaking down.
It wasn’t betraying me.
This wasn’t a collapse.
It was an initiation.
.
.
From pushing to listening
I’ve always worked with the body
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer,
so yes I know discipline, strength, and how to push.
Midlife forced me to unlearn that.
You don’t heal by pushing harder.
You heal by listening better.
That’s when breathwork became a language
a way back into safety, presence, and trust.

• feel disconnected from their body
• are emotionally raw or overwhelmed
• are tired of being told this is “just aging”
• sense a deeper change they can’t name
My work blends:
• Breathwork for nervous system regulation and emotional release
• Embodiment practices to come back into the body
• Strength & movement to build power without punishment
• Ritual and meaning-making to reframe midlife as a rite of passage not a diagnosis
Sometimes it’s gentle.
Sometimes it’s challenging.
Sometimes it’s uncomfortable.
Sometimes it’s sweaty.
Sometimes it’s emotional.
Sometimes we move.
Sometimes we swear.
Always, we tell the truth.
What I do now
Through The Breez, I support women in perimenopause and menopause who:

The Crone isn’t old.
She isn’t bitter.
She isn’t invisible.
She’s the woman who stops shrinking.
Stops people-pleasing.
Stops tolerating bullshit.
She’s grounded.
Embodied.
Strong.
Free.
And yes: she’s fucking powerful.

How I work with you
I don’t fix women.
I don’t override bodies.
I walk with you.
Through breath.
Through strength.
Through the body.
Through the fire of midlife.
