Women’s Body Wisdom was founded to holistically support women through the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, empowering you to develop greater awareness of your body and embrace your WHOLE self.

I’ve been there. I’ve felt disconnected from my body, overwhelmed by change, and unsure where to turn. Through somatic bodywork, I found my way back to myself.
Now, I share this knowledge to help you help yourself.

The demands of work, family, and life, combined with the hormonal shifts we experience as women, can create stress, overwhelm, and disconnect us from our inner wisdom.
Our bodies are always speaking, yet we are often too busy to listen to her needs.

I guide women to listen, release, and reconnect with themselves through 1:1 coaching, women circles, movement, breathwork, energy work, and lifestyle guidance.
This work isn’t about forcing change, it’s about remembering who you are, embracing this new state of being, and supporting yourself to feel alive, empowered, and deeply connected, while becoming the best advocate for your own health.
