Nikki
Master Breathwork Facilitator
Through The Breez Broome, she shares transformative experiences like breathwork, movement, ice baths, gardening, meditation, and earth-based gatherings - each one rooted in the principles of connection, community, and self-empowerment.​​ Nikki’s mission is to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the natural world - so they can remember their power, embody their wellness, and live with greater purpose and peace.​
Her journey into healing began as a young girl, following her grandmother through the bush to gather herbs and prepare natural remedies for those in need. These early experiences instilled in her a deep respect for the healing power of nature and a lifelong commitment to living in harmony with the earth.
For as long as she can remember, Nikki's purpose has been to help others - by sharing her knowledge, her skills, and her belief in each person’s ability to heal themselves. Teaching, guiding, and supporting people on their journeys has always been her “why.”
Her own path deepened when she discovered breathwork during one of the most difficult times in her life. What began as a personal lifeline became a powerful awakening. The breath became more than just a practice - it became her teacher, her healer, and the key to coming home to herself. Through breathwork, she reconnected with her inner strength and learned to trust the innate intelligence of her body and spirit.
Today, Nikki is a trauma-informed Accredited Master Breathwork Facilitator (with over 400 hours of training from Australia's leading program), as well as a qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience in functional training, CrossFit, and calisthenics coaching.​​
